Ordering Process

1. Select your desired character and commission type
2. Provide detailed specifications and reference materials
3. Complete payment through our secure payment system
4. Receive confirmation and estimated completion date
5. Work begins after payment confirmation

Communication

We maintain open communication throughout the commission process. You will receive updates at key milestones and can request progress updates at any time.

Available Commission Types

• Sketch: Basic line art and composition
• Line Art: Clean, detailed line work
• Flat Color: Line art with basic coloring
• Full Color: Complete illustration with shading and effects
• Character Sheet: Multiple views and expressions

Note: All characters featured in our commissions are 3D models and are 18+ years of age.

Pricing Factors

• Complexity of the character design
• Level of detail and rendering
• Number of characters in the piece
• Background complexity
• Rush order fees (if applicable)

Delivery Format

• Artwork posted on DeviantArt for easy access
• High-resolution images ranging from 1080p to 3840p
• PNG format for optimal quality

Delivery Timeline

• Standard commissions: 1-3 weeks
• Complex pieces: 2-4 weeks
• Rush orders: 3-7 days (additional fee applies)
• Character sheets: 2-3 weeks

Included Revisions

Each commission includes up to 3 rounds of minor revisions at no additional cost. Minor revisions include:

• Color adjustments
• Minor pose tweaks
• Small detail changes
• Background modifications

Major Changes

Major changes (complete redesigns, new characters, significant pose changes) may incur additional fees or require a new commission.

Client Rights

Upon full payment, you receive the following rights to your commission:

• Personal use and display
• Social media sharing (with artist credit)
• Printing for personal use
• Use in personal projects

Commercial Use

Commercial use requires additional licensing fees. This includes:

• Merchandise production
• Book or publication use
• Video game or animation use
• Any profit-generating activities

Quality Standards

• Professional-grade digital artwork
• High-resolution output suitable for printing
• Clean, polished final product
• Consistent with artist's portfolio quality

Quality Issues

If you're not satisfied with the final product, we will work with you to address any quality concerns. Major quality issues may result in a full refund or rework.

Rush orders are available for an additional 50% fee. Rush orders are prioritized and completed within 3-7 days depending on complexity.

Note: Rush orders may not be available during peak periods or for complex commissions.
