Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Commission Cancellation
Before Work Begins
If you cancel your commission before any work has begun, you are eligible for a full refund minus any processing fees (typically 2-3% of the total amount).
After Work Has Begun
Once work has commenced on your commission, cancellation policies are as follows:
- Sketch Phase: 75% refund available
- Line Art Phase: 50% refund available
- Coloring Phase: 25% refund available
- Final Details: No refund available
2. Refund Eligibility
Valid Reasons for Refunds
- Artist unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances
- Significant deviation from agreed-upon specifications
- Quality issues that cannot be resolved through revisions
- Delays exceeding the agreed-upon timeline by more than 50%
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after work has progressed significantly
- Failure to provide necessary reference materials or feedback
- Commission completed according to specifications
- Violation of our content policies
3. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request through our contact form or email
- Include your commission ID and reason for the request
- We will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
- You will receive confirmation via email
4. Revision Policy
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to work with us on revisions. Each commission includes up to 3 rounds of minor revisions. Major changes may incur additional fees or require a new commission.
5. Payment Processing
Refunds are processed through the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
Note: Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. Please provide detailed documentation supporting your case. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
7. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, technical failures, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel commissions and provide appropriate refunds. We will communicate clearly about any such situations.
